Results of the "Values Workshop" Evaluated
The meeting focused on defining strategic steps to seamlessly integrate IEU’s foundational values—academic freedom, equity, reliability, accountability and transparency, creativity and innovation, and health, well-being, and solidarity—into all core institutional processes, including education, research and development, and community engagement.
It was resolved to translate the workshop findings into a concrete, actionable roadmap that will further strengthen Izmir University of Economics' sustainable quality culture, institutional identity, and strategic future vision.
