"Values Workshop" by IEU Quality Commission

The workshop conducted by members of the University Quality Commission focused on fostering accountable, transparent, and inclusive institutional governance. Drawing upon IEU’s foundational values—academic freedom, equity, reliability, accountability and transparency, creativity and innovation, and health, well-being, and solidarity—participants engaged in comprehensive evaluations. Through collaborative dialogue and multi-stakeholder participation, diverse perspectives were unified into a shared, forward-looking vision for the university's future.

IEU Quality Coordinator Berna MUSAL emphasized that such collaborative workshops, organized in line with the targets of excellence in education, ethical leadership, and continuous improvement, will further reinforce the university’s institutional identity, participatory decision-making processes, and sustainable quality management.
