Quality Development and Accreditation Directorate

About QDAD

The Quality Development and Accreditation Directorate (QDAD) was established in 2012 in order to establish a quality assurance system at the University and to ensure that the quality culture is adopted by all components of the University.

The basic components of the quality assurance system at IUE are the Quality Commission, the Bologna Coordination Commission, the Strategic Plan Review and Evaluation Commission, and the Quality and Coordination Directorate.

In order to ensure that QDAD can carry out all quality processes by coordinating these units, the Director has been made the chairman or natural member of all these commissions. QDAD carries out its activities as a unit affiliated to the Rectorate and informs the Rectorate about every stage of the quality processes.
